Hi!

I am a licensed clinical social worker, nationally certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and trained in multiple modalities including motivational interviewing, play therapy, and structural family therapy.  I have been working with children and families since 2014, when I graduated from Wheelock College (now a part of Boston University) with a Bachelor of Social Work. I received my Master of Social Work from University of New England in 2015 and worked as a school based social worker for 4 years before launching my private practice. I also serve as co-chair for the New Hampshire Chapter of National Association of Social Workers Children’s Issues Committee.

I have a passion for play. Childhood is a fleeting and joyful time and I seek to embrace it to its fullest. Becoming a child and family therapist has restored in me a boldness and joyfulness that reminds me of the great lessons children can teach us. I hope to provide a place where kids can be kids and adults can act like kids too!

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, knitting, singing, yoga, and exploring the amazing variety of natural wonders that New Hampshire has to offer with my husband and daughter in our farmhouse on the seacoast.
